and in relation to securitisation transactions, in all types of asset classes including asset-backed commercial paper. They take an integrated
approach to capital markets, securitisation and derivatives work. Accordingly, lawyers get a high level of hands-on experience across all
these disciplines, rather than being required to specialise in one area.
Our capital markets lawyers have gained invaluable experience from working with other parts of our consulting and software business, such as
reference and other data (Data Services) where our legal consultants have developed expertise relating to the content of legal reference
