engagements based on our clients current needs.
Global Support - FD provides near shore and global support services to a large number of financial institutions worldwide. The service is focused
on reducing costs and management overheads whilst improving the overall level of service
Multi-System Coverage - Our support teams cover the support of the Calypso application and we can extend those services to your other in-house systems
if required that cover the complete transaction life cycle across front, middle and back offices.
How it Works in Practice - Typically FD will place a core team of consultant’s onsite with the customer for a period of 4-8 weeks. During this period
our team will shadow client support team members and effectively get trained on the job.
Migration to Near-Shore - The migration from onsite to near-shore typically starts after 2-3 months and a fully functional near-shore support service is
normally operational after 4 months. In many cases FD also operate a hybrid onsite/near-shore service to suit client needs as the follow-the-sun support model with onsite presence is
preferred by some global clients.
Customer Base - FD currently supports hundreds of individual users across 40-50 financial institutions worldwide. The systems supported range from third party trading systems
to in-house applications and customised solutions developed by FD.
