The training offered at First Derivatives not only focuses on

Even after you start your job, you will remain on the Capital
Markets Training Programme CMTP for a period of 24 months
where you will have the opportunity to hone your leadership
and management skills, as well as your technical abilities.
Throughout your career, too, we will offer direction and
tuition to help you continue your formal education.
