Aidan Mackle – Options Success
By: Elizabeth Toner
I am delighted to communicate to you all that Aidan Mackle has graduated from the Options Programme. Aidan has successfully completed all the required CMTP modules as well as receiving excellent client and business feedback.
Aidan joined FD in October 2014 after completing a BSc in Actuarial Science and Risk Management at Queens University Belfast. After living and breathing CMTPs for 4 weeks he was told to pack his bags and get on the A1 because he was on his way to sunny Belfast. There he began his Capital Markets consultancy career as a Management Information Analyst in the UK and Ireland debt recovery market where he learnt all the tricks of the trade with all things reporting and gained some invaluable exposure to the world of private equity. Aidan spent 1 year in Ireland before making the transatlantic hop across to sunny New Hampshire where he helped decommission the legacy middle/back office systems for a large mutual fund whilst providing assistance in the pre-implementation process of Murex. During his 3 months in the states he managed to triumphantly scale the mighty Mount Monadnock (965m / 3,166ft) with some of his new FD pals, whom he shares pints with to this day. He then transferred to sunny Amsterdam to spend 7 months supporting the case management platform on the first ever Dutch Non-performing Loan portfolio workout. He now resides in sunny Belfast once more, spending his days servicing a small debt portfolio on behalf of his first client and is looking forward to the challenges ahead.
I am sure you will join me in congratulating Aidan on his success.
