Graduate Explorers Programme
Explorers will help you develop your skills and career pathway in an exciting, fast-paced environment at the forefront of new and innovative technologies. You will be afforded the rare opportunity to attain a mix of theoretical study and practical experience as you choose between a career in Business Development or Marketing in a global PLC. We are seeking elite Graduates, passionate about promoting FD’s products and services across the capital markets and other industries, such as Pharma, Utilities, Retail and Manufacturing.
We are keen to attract entrepreneurial high achievers, and from a broad range of degree backgrounds. We are looking for enthusiasm and raw talent, so previous experience whilst attractive, is not essential. You will be challenged throughout the programme—not least because you will work with senior management within the Company, but also because you will work on live projects across multiple industries. In addition to developing your presentation and communications skills, we will invest heavily in your personal development with the option to enrol on an accredited marketing qualification.
A key part of Explorers, is the potential to travel globally. You will spend circa 3-6 months at HQ, reporting directly to our CEO and VP Marketing, gaining an understanding of the intricacies of our business model. Then, based on performance, you will either choose between a role working on client site in major financial centers, or have the opportunity to be deployed in a major city in a Business Development capacity, with the autonomy of building your own pipeline. We do not believe this type of Graduate opportunity exists anywhere else!
Global Business Development
You will be responsible for identifying, developing & winning new business to drive & achieve growth in new verticals, with solutions for Pharmaceutical, Utilities, IoT, Retail & Manufacturing.
You will be responsible for marketing new products in new verticals – this includes digital marketing, branding, collateral creation, customer and market analysis, and events and exhibitions.
